Engagement & Delivery Manager

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Engagement and working closely with the Chief Executive, the Engagement & Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring commitments made to partners are executed smoothly – on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

This is not a relationship‑lead or sales‑hunting role. Instead, it is focused on delivery and execution: onboarding partners, tracking commitments, maintaining accurate systems and reporting, supporting retention activities, and coordinating delivery across people, programmes, and events. Success in this role comes from strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively keep multiple workstreams moving.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established, purpose-driven organisation delivering leadership and development programmes for senior professionals and organisations across Aotearoa. Following a period of internal reset and transformation, the organisation is now focused on strengthening delivery, lifting capability, and scaling its impact. While purpose-led, it operates at commercial pace, with high expectations around quality, professionalism, and delivery. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and outcomes-focused – suited to people who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and working with senior, high-calibre stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain partner records, engagement tracking, and delivery milestones in HubSpot
  • Prepare dashboards and reporting on partner activity, engagement, and delivery
  • Manage retention documentation, renewals support, and partner touchpoints
  • Set up meetings, take notes and actions
  • Coordinate NPS surveys and feedback processes

About You:

You are an organised, detail‑driven professional who enjoys making sure things are delivered properly and takes pride in doing so.

  • Hands‑on experience using HubSpot, including maintaining records, reporting, and workflow management
  • Previous experience in a sales delivery, client delivery, or similar role
  • A commercial mindset and comfort working in a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing systems and data
  • A proactive approach – you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy or momentum

Why this role?

  • A great opportunity to deliver on impactful partnership initiatives
  • Exposure to senior leaders, influential individuals, and high-impact work
  • A collaborative, high-performing environment with clear momentum
  • Purpose-led work where outcomes and impact are tangible
  • Central city location with potential to work from home 1-2 days per week once settled into the role

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking organisation, working alongside influential leaders committed to real change.
