Our clients are actively seeking temporary administrative support to cover project demands, peak periods, newly created roles, and general increases in workload. 

Some of the roles we are currently recruiting for are:

  • Team Administrator – CBD based 3m + assignment
  • Coordinator – CBD based 5m assignment
  • Compliance Officer – CBD based, short term assignment
  • Field based project work – Albany based – short term assignment
  • Customer facing roles – Auckland wide, 1-6m assignments

About you:

We are always looking for a variety of skills for our clients from entry level to senior positions.

Skills we are looking for: 

  • Experience in administration, data entry, customer service, accounts or finance
  • Can hit the ground running and adapt quickly
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: experience with SAP, MS Office, or MS Project is advantageous
  • Full NZ driver’s licence (for certain roles)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • A clear Ministry of Justice check
