Membership & Programmes Coordinator

We are recruiting a Membership and Programmes Coordinator to join a high-performing, values-led organisation operating at the intersection of leadership, networks, and purpose-driven work. The organisation works with a diverse and influential membership base and delivers a suite of leadership and development programmes. While strongly values-driven, the environment is fast-paced, commercially minded, and highly professional.

This role plays a critical part in the smooth delivery of membership and leadership programmes. It is primarily operational and coordination-focused, with a strong emphasis on systems, data integrity, and process discipline. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end administration across membership and programmes, ensuring stakeholders receive a consistently premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full membership lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, governance checks, and data maintenance
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data, workflows, and reporting, ensuring systems support scale and efficiency
  • Provide end-to-end operational support across leadership programmes, including logistics, communications, and documentation
  • Act as the primary administrative point of contact for programme facilitators and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage template-based communications and operational content in line with brand standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and documentation

About You
You are an experienced coordinator or senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You are calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and take real ownership of your work.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordination, operations, or senior administration roles
  • Strong systems capability, with CRM experience such as HubSpot or similar
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • A high level of professionalism, reflecting regular engagement with senior leaders, members, and external partners
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity and adapting to change
  • A service mindset and pride in delivering high-quality, polished outcomes

Experience in membership organisations, professional networks, or programme environments will be well regarded, as will exposure to executive or senior stakeholder settings.

The Environment
This is a small, agile team where accountability, collaboration, and trust matter. Team members are hands-on, adaptable, and committed to delivering work they are proud of. The organisation is entering a growth phase following significant systems and operational transformation, making this an opportunity to embed best practice and grow alongside the team.

If you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly, and you value both purpose and professionalism, we would love to hear from you.
