Team Coordinator

We are recruiting a Team Coordinator to join a high‑performing organisation operating in the women’s leadership and professional networks space. While purpose‑led, the environment is commercially minded, fast‑paced, and highly professional, with strong expectations around accuracy, discretion, and service quality.

This is a senior coordination and administration role with genuine ownership across membership systems and programme operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and stakeholders experience a consistent, polished standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full membership lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, governance requirements, and data maintenance
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, workflows, and reporting to support efficiency and growth
  • Provide end‑to‑end operational coordination of leadership programmes, including logistics, communications, and documentation
  • Act as the primary administrative contact for programme facilitators and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare template‑based communications aligned to brand and quality standards
  • Support ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and documentation

About You
You are an experienced coordinator or senior administrator who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and dependable. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and take pride in delivering work that is accurate, professional, and on time.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in coordination, operations, or senior administration roles
  • Strong systems capability, including CRM experience
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Experience in membership organisations, professional services, programme delivery, or executive‑level environments will be well regarded.

The Environment
This is a small, agile team with a strong focus on accountability and trust. The organisation has recently undergone systems and operational transformation and is now entering a period of growth, creating an opportunity to embed strong practices and be relied upon as a key operational contributor.

If you enjoy coordinating detail, value professionalism, and want a role where good administration is genuinely respected, we would welcome your application.
