Senior Administrators

We’re partnering with a range of large, structured organisations seeking experienced administrators to step into contract and fixed-term positions.
These opportunities suit professionals who are confident working in fast-paced environments, can navigate established processes, and are able to contribute with minimal onboarding.

About the roles

You’ll provide high-level support across busy teams, ensuring workflows are managed effectively and priorities are delivered on time. Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing high-volume shared inboxes, triaging requests, and ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Coordinating complex calendars, including meetings, stakeholder engagements, and travel logistics
  • Tracking incoming requests, correspondence, and deadlines to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
  • Preparing and formatting documentation such as briefings, reports, meeting packs, and presentations
  • Supporting end-to-end coordination of internal processes, including approvals, workflows, and submissions
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and responsive communication
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases in line with organisational processes
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, meetings, and team activities where required
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in senior administration roles within New Zealand
  • Previous experience working in structured, process-driven environments with high volumes of work
  • Strong understanding of how to navigate systems, frameworks, and organisational processes
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes
  • High attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and correspondence
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional documentation
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and handling sensitive information appropriately
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams
  • Comfortable stepping into roles where expectations are high and pace is consistent
