About the Role
We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to oversee service delivery. This permanent position involves managing technician schedules, client bookings, and service systems, all while ensuring effective communication between clients, technicians, project managers, and internal teams. This role is based in Ponsonby, its a full time position and has parking onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service bookings and support calls
  • Coordinate technician schedules and travel arrangements
  • Communicate with clients, technicians, and project teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and job management systems
  • Support service invoicing and reporting
  • Assist with stocktaking and resource planning
