Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator for a 2 month temporary assignment based in South Auckland.

About the role:
You will play a key role in coordinating service operations, ensuring technicians are effectively scheduled and supported to deliver repairs and planned maintenance. Working as part of a wider coordination team, you will manage incoming requests, maintain accurate system information, and help ensure service delivery runs smoothly. This role sits at the centre of communication between technicians, clients, and support networks, requiring a high level of organisation, responsiveness, and empathy. You’ll be working in an environment where attention to detail and strong customer engagement are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Standard administrative and scheduling responsibilities
  • Scheduling repairs and planned maintenance for technicians
  • Completing supporting administration
  • High volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Working within the disability and aged‑care sector
  • Communicating with clients who may have disabilities, aged‑care needs, caregivers, or family members

What you will bring

  • Experience scheduling technicians (highly beneficial; enables candidate to hit the ground running)
  • Previous CRM system experience
  • Empathetic communication style and willingness to take time on the phone
