Lead Physiotherapist | Kapiti Coast 

We’re looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team on the Kapiti Coast.

About the Role

As a Lead Physiotherapist, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes. You’ll maintain your own caseload while providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to the wider team.

Day to Day

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
• Provide clinical leadership and support to physiotherapy staff
• Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders
• Support service quality, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Help manage clinic operations, workloads, and service delivery

About You

• NZ recognised Physiotherapy qualification
• Current Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand registration and APC
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior clinical experience preferred
• Full NZ driver’s licence
