Are you a Lead Physiotherapist ready to step up into a leadership role while still maintaining clinical practice?
We’re seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to lead and support a team of Physiotherapists and Hand Therapists across the Wellington region. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapy with people leadership, mentoring, and service development.
About the Role
You’ll split your time between delivering high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy services and leading a high-performing team. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive clinical excellence, support clinician development, and help ensure outstanding rehabilitation outcomes for clients.
Day to Day
- Deliver musculoskeletal physiotherapy services while maintaining clinical expertise
- Lead, coach, and mentor Physiotherapists and Hand Therapists
- Foster a positive and engaged team culture
- Drive service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Support operational planning and workforce development
About You
- NZ registered Physiotherapist with a current APC
- Extensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
- Leadership, mentoring, or people management experience
- Strong understanding of the ACC rehabilitation environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
