Vocational Rehabilitation Lead | Wellington

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to lead a growing Vocational Rehabilitation service in Wellington. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people achieve successful return-to-work outcomes while supporting clinicians and driving service excellence.
About the Role
As the Vocational Rehabilitation Lead, you’ll provide clinical leadership across the service, coordinating referrals, mentoring clinicians, developing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring outstanding rehabilitation outcomes for clients.
Day to Day
- Lead and grow the Vocational Rehabilitation service
- Support and mentor a multidisciplinary team
- Build strong relationships with ACC and key stakeholders
- Facilitate MDT meetings and drive best-practice care
- Champion service quality and continuous improvement
About You
- Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a current APC
- 5+ years’ clinical experience
- Vocational rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of the ACC environment
