Step into a senior compliance role with real scope to influence how regulatory and financial crime risk is managed across a large, complex financial services organisation.
We’re looking for two experienced Senior Compliance Managers to join Business and Corporate Banking within a large, established organisation. Both roles offer senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to work across complex compliance and regulatory matters, with each bringing a slightly different focus.
Business Banking – Financial Crime Compliance
With a stronger Financial Crime focus, you’ll lead on financial crime compliance matters, providing specialist regulatory advice and helping ensure procedures, controls and compliance initiatives remain effective, practical and fit for purpose.
Corporate Banking – Regulatory Compliance
This role has a broader regulatory compliance remit across Corporate Banking. You’ll advise on regulatory requirements, compliance issues and incidents, oversee compliance reporting and contribute to wider regulatory and compliance initiatives.
The roles
You’ll be a trusted senior advisor to the business, helping stakeholders navigate regulatory change, manage compliance risk and strengthen controls. You’ll interpret complex requirements, understand their impact and translate them into clear, practical advice.
Strong technical compliance knowledge and sound commercial judgement will be key. You’ll have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and work through complex issues to achieve practical outcomes.
