A bit about me

After beginning my career as a Chartered Accountant, I have been fortunate to work as a recruitment leader for a wide scope of organisations, from global to boutique agencies in both New Zealand and the UK. Throughout my time in recruitment I have worked across many industries, temporary, contract, permanent and executive search recruitment and have led the development of high performing teams.

At Madison our underlying premise is simply, “to be good to do business with”. This is something that resonates with me personally and I strive to create win:win:win scenarios for our clients, candidates and consultants . In my role as Regional Manager, I am responsible for the service delivery of recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates across the wider Wellington region. I lead a high performing team who share my passion for providing an excellent service delivery, proactive engagement and a quest for continuous improvement.

Outside of work you’ll find me socialising with friends, playing music, football, the occasional round of golf and spending time with my family.
