About the Business
They are a well-established, NZ-owned non-bank lender, proudly supporting Kiwis with mortgage finance solutions. Based in Hamilton, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, family-like team environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a dedicated Loan Administrator to join our close-knit administration team, reporting to the Office Manager.

About the Role
As a Loan Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing and customer management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing loan documents and submitting them for approval
  • Managing loan settlements and overseeing file management through to loan drawdown
  • Handling day-to-day customer enquiries
  • Loading and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support across the back-office function to ensure smooth daily operations

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Previous administrative experience within a financial services environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of relevant mortgage and financial legislation (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong computer skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, friendly, and proactive approach to work

Additional Information
Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work permit.
Salary will be based on experience.
