Capital Delivery Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator to join a Capital Delivery team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support through data gathering, maintenance, and reporting. You will play an important part in ensuring capital project data is accurate, current, and fit for reporting and decision‑making.
You will work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, using Excel and internal systems to collate information, identify gaps, and follow up on inconsistencies.

Key Details

  • Temporary assignment for minimum 3 months
  • $35 – $40 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Monday to Friday, standard business
  • CBD office Location

About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with data and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. You’re confident following up with others verbally or via written correspondence, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoy supporting project teams behind the scenes.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Strong experience working with Excel (including formulas, data validation, and tracking)
  • High attention to detail and strong quality‑checking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Confidence working with data from multiple sources
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Previous administrative or data support experience (project or delivery environments desirable)
