Team Coordinator

We are partnering with a highly regarded public sector organisation to recruit several experienced Team Coordinators for temporary assignments. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to step into a professional, fast-paced environment where your coordination and organisational skills will be highly valued.
In these roles you’ll be required to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders and their teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by coordinating workflows, managing logistics, and supporting day-to-day operations.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for a broad range of coordination and administrative tasks, including:

  • Organising internal and external events, workshops, and conferences
  • Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including expense reconciliations
  • Supporting office operations such as facilities, supplies, and workspace coordination
  • Assisting with financial administration, including invoices, budgets, and reporting
  • Building strong relationships across teams and contributing to a collaborative culture
  • You may also provide occasional reception support

About you
We’re looking for an experienced coordinator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting teams to operate at their best. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and take pride in staying organised under pressure. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, EA/PA, or office management role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid Microsoft Office capability
  • Experience supporting events, travel arrangements, and financial processes
