Business Support Lead

About the Role: 
You will become a trusted right hand to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are aligned, governance runs seamlessly, and key commercial initiatives are delivered effectively. With exposure to executive decision-making, board activity, and strategic programmes, you will play a critical part in enabling the success of the wider business.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support including complex diary, travel, and priority management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate end-to-end board and committee processes including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships and act as a key liaison across senior stakeholders, both locally and internationally
  • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentation materials
  • Oversee financial administration including expenses, invoices, and reporting
  • Support the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across the commercial function
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are managed seamlessly
  • Maintain structured systems, documentation, and governance processes

What you will bring

  • Experience in a team coordinator, business support, or EA role supporting senior leaders in a complex environment
  • Exposure to governance, board support, or senior leadership teams
  • Strong coordination capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Experience supporting projects or contributing to delivery across planning and execution phases
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written communication skills
  • Strong technical capability across Microsoft Office and business systems
  • High level of professionalism, judgement, and discretion
  • Confidence building relationships and working across a wide range of stakeholders
