Personal Assistant

We are looking for two Personal Assistants for the following dates:
 
Personal Assistant role commencing June 4th
– Initial three‑month contract, with the potential to extend
Hours:  0730-1600
 
Personal Assistant role commencing July 13th
– Initial three‑month contract, with the potential to extend
Hours: 0800-1630
 
About the role:
You will provide reliable and proactive personal assistant support to several Service Managers, helping to keep schedules, communication and administrative processes running smoothly. Working closely with a wider support team, you will play a key role in enabling leaders to focus on delivery while contributing to continuous improvement across the function.
 
Key responsibilities

  • Provide day to day PA support to three Service Managers
  • Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure information is prepared and shared in a timely manner
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across the wider team as required
  • Support reporting, tracking, and follow up actions
  • Maintain professional communication and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency

What you will bring

  • Strong experience in a Personal Assistant role

  • Ability to quickly pick up new processes within a busy and complex healthcare environment

  • Confidence managing competing priorities and supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort contributing ideas or suggestions to improve processes and ways of working
  • A consistently high level of professionalism, judgement, and discretion
