About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Business Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our Auckland-based office. This versatile role involves coordinating across finance, HR, projects, and systems, supporting our team with expert administration and a friendly, can-do attitude.
 
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is happy to take on multiple responsibilities, using initiative and stepping in wherever needed to ensure things are delivered. The organisation is currently evolving its AI capabilities, so they are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning, with an interest in how emerging technologies can drive future efficiencies.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage general business administration tasks
  • Support finance and payroll administration
  • Coordinate health and safety activities
  • Handle HR onboarding and offboarding
  • Administer core business systems and documentation
  • Assist with project close-out and feedback processes

 
About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in office administration or support role
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and similar systems
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities confidently
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive outlook
  • Solution-focused and able to adapt to changing needs
