  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping streamline administrative processes

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and adaptable administrator with a proven ability to work at pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior administration, team coordination, executive support, or similar role
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Financial administration experience, including invoice management and reconciliations

What’s on Offer?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected public sector environment during a busy period and make an immediate impact. You’ll be working within a collaborative and supportive team, gaining exposure to a broad range of activities while contributing to meaningful work.

If you’re an experienced administrator who thrives on variety, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and is available for a temporary assignment over the summer period, we’d love to hear from you. Please allow for up to two weeks for a response.
